SHIWALI VARSHNEY, SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Ms. Varshney is an Associate with AEG Partners, bringing expertise in operational, strategic and financial planning and management in a variety of industries including consumer goods, information technology, and engineering consulting services. Recent AEG engagements include comprehensive cash forecasting, cash management and analytical support during the financial and operational turnaround of a food products manufacturing company; financial analysis and business forecasting for an Aerospace company, a Cement Contracting Company and a golf course management company. While at AEG, Ms. Varshney also advised a large building products distribution firm on SKU rationalization analysis. Prior to joining AEG Partners, Ms. Varshney was an Associate Finance Manager at Unilever, a Fortune 500 company. Her responsibilities included project and strategic analysis, business planning, management reporting, and leading Unilever's divisional cost savings efforts. Ms. Varshney holds an MBA from New York University Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Indian Institute of Technology.

JUSTIN SKOFF, ASSOCIATE

Mr. Skoff is an Associate at AEG is responsible for developing analytics, assisting in managing client relationships, and providing operational support for client engagements. Prior to joining AEG, Mr. Skoff was an Associate at the private equity firm Goense, Bounds and Partners, where he evaluated middle market buyout opportunities and worked closely with management teams of portfolio companies. Justin worked primarily with companies in the construction services space to help navigate a difficult environment though operational, financial, and strategic initiatives. Mr. Skoff has experience in leveraged loan underwriting and portfolio management within Citigroup’s Corporate and Investment Bank, where he worked with healthcare and industrial corporations. Justin also has experience in mergers and acquisitions at Bank of New York Mellon. Mr. Skoff holds a B.B.A. in Finance and a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Notre Dame.
