Kevin Willis is a Senior Director with AEG Partners and has expertise in financial analysis, strategic planning and organization change management, with significant experience in evaluating operational investment opportunities against both expense reduction as well as growth objectives.

Mr. Willis has worked with small and medium sized companies as well as the Fortune 500, across the a number of industries, including: food manufacturing, direct sales, insurance, banking and financial services, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, distribution, direct sales and real estate.

Recent work with AEG includes advising a food manufacturer on cost reduction initiatives and pricing improvement strategies, Chapter 11 preparation and restructuring of a large building products distribution firm, liquidity assessment, comprehensive cash forecasting for a data management company, and developing a plan for an out-or-court restructuring for a national telecommunications operator.

Prior to joining AEG, Mr. Willis held strategic and operational advisory roles in several professional services firms, including CSC Index and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Willis has a BS in Mathematics, a BA in Business Administration and an M.B.A. from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
