Our team supported the buyer through comprehensive due diligence, including an assessment of customer and supplier stability and a detailed review of operational risks.
AEG led the development of a transition and integration plan to seamlessly absorb the target’s manufacturing into the buyer’s operations. This work included addressing workforce considerations, realigning overlapping product lines, and planning inventory flows to ensure uninterrupted fulfillment of customer demand.
