AEG Assists Diversified Health Care Company [more]
12/19/22AEG was recently engaged to assist this Northeast based provider of health care testing and diagnostics to improve liquidity visibility as well as to analyze the Company’s business plan. After evaluating the Company’s existing practices, AEG developed and implemented enhancements to the 13 week cash flow process, facilitating the Company’s ability to manage day-to-day cash as well as improving the accuracy of projections. AEG also reviewed the Company’s plan, identifying opportunities for improvement and assisting in rolling out certain cost reduction actions. AEG played a key role in rebuilding communications with the Company’s senior lender group and developing consensus for the go-forward plan.
